Decorations Galore

Oh boy! It's definitely holiday season when all the stores are filled with every kind of decor for fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Retailers have just moved us into 2024 faster than we could think. So, we need to sort this out and allow ourselves to respect each holiday one holiday at a time.

First, you won't be able to ignore the shopping blitz. There is so much to choose from. It's easy to impulse buy when you see all those new decorations begging for you to gaze upon each display. Then it's up to you to try to restrain yourself from buying early.

It's okay to buy a little. Just try to hold off on those purchases for future holidays until the dates get closer and things start to go on sale. Don't forget BLACK FRIDAY. Save for those upcoming purchases so there will be more money to spread around. And, as events draw near, there may be changes that arise requiring a new perspective on what you want to spend your money on. Being in a hurry may cause you to miss out on unforeseen opportunities.

The holidays can also be a bit hectic and stressful when they should be a time of enjoyment. As you look forward to the next holiday, spread out your shopping to give yourself time to breathe. Take on each holiday shopping spree with excitement. It's easy to feel rushed when you have so much to see. So, slow down and honor each holiday as it comes. Avoid retailer influences and save yourself to enjoy all the wonders of the season, even shopping.

It's as simple as that!
